Echuca is a 42ha property located 42km North East of Perth near Bullsbrook. Echuca is CSC's breeding headquarters for our pastoral Charolais/Droughtmaster composite breeding operation. 'Echuca' is also the base for our “Stockcare” Australian stock horse stud.

Located on the banks of the West Lyons River in the Upper Gascoyne Region, 300 km north east of Carnarvon, Minnie Creek Station is 196,000 hectares and runs a 5000 head Droughtmaster herd.

True to its name, Send ‘em Down receives cattle from pastoralists in the Upper Gascoyne Region looking to background their cattle. Sendem Downs is located in the Mid-West, 205km North of Perth, in Badgingarra, Shire of Dandaragan. Sendem Downs is 7500 acres and is used for the backgrounding of cattle. We grow 250ha of oats/lupins crops and also provide agistment services.

Located in the Shire of Dandaragan, Hallswood Park is 1410 Ha or 3485 acres. Hallswood Park was purchased as an “add on” to Sendem Downs in 2020, as additional backgrounding and cropping area. It will be developed with further perennial pastures for cattle backgrounding on weaker soil and heavier soil types for crops of wheat and oats.

Located 110km North of Perth in Beermullah, 20km North West of Gingin in the intensive agriculture region, Springfield has a 499 head capacity DWER approved feedlot. Springfield is 324ha in size. Springfield feedlot is accredited by the National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme (NFAS) and Livestock Production Assurance Program (LPA). Springfield feedlot is also accredited to produce Meat Standards Australia (MSA) beef. Springfield has a 1.1GL water licence which is used to grow Lucerne and fodder crops to supply feed internally and is a major water source for the future feedlot expansion.
