Our Properties 

Central Stockcare's properties are LPA (Livestock Production Assurance) Accredited which is the on-farm assurance program covering food safety, animal welfare and biosecurity. Our Feedlot is NFAS (National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme) Accredited and MSA (Meat Standards Australia) Accredited which ensures our beef eating quality is maintained from paddock to plate.

Darling Downs QLD

'Arcadia'

Arcadia is a 120ha property located near the town of Chinchilla in the Western Downs Region of Queensland. Arcadia is a Registered Biosecurity Entity for cattle and is used as a backgrounding property for cattle (mainly Angus steers) to supply to custom feedlots used for finishing CSC’s trading cattle in QLD.

'Echuca'

Echuca is a 42ha property located 42km North East of Perth near Bullsbrook. Echuca is CSC's breeding headquarters for our pastoral Charolais/Droughtmaster composite breeding operation. 'Echuca' is also the base for our “Stockcare” Australian stock horse stud.

Located on the banks of the West Lyons River in the Upper Gascoyne Region, 300 km north east of Carnarvon, Minnie Creek Station is 196,000 hectares and runs a 5000 head Droughtmaster herd.

Badgingarra WA

'Sendem Downs'

True to its name, Send ‘em Down receives cattle from pastoralists in the Upper Gascoyne Region looking to background their cattle. Sendem Downs is located in the Mid-West, 205km North of Perth, in Badgingarra, Shire of Dandaragan. Sendem Downs is 7500 acres and is used for the backgrounding of cattle. We grow 250ha of oats/lupins crops and also provide agistment services.

BEERMULLAH WA

'SPRINGFIELD'

Located 110km North of Perth in Beermullah, 20km North West of Gingin in the intensive agriculture region, Springfield has a 499 head capacity DWER approved feedlot. Springfield is 324ha in size. Springfield feedlot is accredited by the National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme (NFAS) and Livestock Production Assurance Program (LPA). Springfield feedlot is also accredited to produce Meat Standards Australia (MSA) beef. Springfield has a 1.1GL water licence which is used to grow Lucerne and fodder crops to supply feed internally and is a major water source for the future feedlot expansion.
